This is 100% pure, raw, natural honey made by Northern Rivers bees. This small-batch honey is never heated and minimally filtered to preserve its goodness.

Our honeycomb is seasonal, and the flavour profile will vary and may be darker in winter and lighter in summer, depending on what flowers the bees have been visiting.

This honeycomb can 'candy' after time - only pure/real honey does this. The jar can be placed in warm water to re-liquify if needed.

Honeycomb is the most natural form of honey you can get. There is no processing other than being removed from the hive.

There are many ways to enjoy these golden bites... you can spread them on a hot buttered English muffin, or on hot biscuits, pancakes or French toast. You can serve with cheese and fruit as a gourmet treat. For the ultimate indulgence you can place a dollop of double thick cream on a cracker and add a wedge of honeycomb on top!
