This is 100% pure, raw, natural dark rainforest honey made by our Northern Rivers bees. This small-batch honey is never heated and minimally filtered on our family farm to preserve its goodness.

Dark honey is higher in antioxidants, minerals, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, helping improve gut health and disease resistance. The rich, deep flavour profile often wins people over for life in a honey tasting session.

Our bees gather this dark honey from melaleuca and other tea trees over winter. These are from the same family as manuka but we do not grade test this honey.
