This is 100% pure, raw, natural honey made by Northern Rivers bees. This small-batch honey is never heated and minimally filtered on our family farm to preserve its goodness.

Our honey is seasonal, and the flavour profile will vary and may be darker in winter and lighter in summer, depending on what flowers the bees have been visiting.

We use local macadamia nuts to complement our honey, perfect on ice cream or as a marinade.
