Shipping

We’ll get your order out usually within one business day. Delivery times depend on Aus Post, and things can sometimes take a little longer during busy times. Make sure your address is correct so there are no hiccups. Due to quarantine concerns honey cannot be shipped to WA. Neither honey nor beeswax can be shipped to Kangaroo Island.

Returns Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to you. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. We do provide refunds or replacement if there is a faulty product. The claim needs to be lodged within 30 days of receipt of items. Please take a photo of the damage when received.
